Online Coaching - Monthly Subscriptions
All online coaching is delivered through TrainingPeaks, with monthly programming and weekly plan reviews. Communication is handled via WhatsApp and Google Meet, including two video calls per month to discuss your progress and keep your training on track.
A structured, personalised running plan delivered weekly through TrainingPeaks, built around your goal — whether that's a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon, or trail race. Your performance data is reviewed every week so your training adapts as you do. We check in fortnightly on a video call, with WhatsApp support throughout and full race strategy and planning as your event approaches.
You'll get a bespoke monthly programme via TrainingPeaks, two 60-minute video call sessions, exercise demos and in-app video feedback, and WhatsApp support between sessions. Your programme is reviewed and refreshed every month as you progress.
The complete package. Two 60-minute PT video call sessions per month, a fully integrated strength and running programme via TrainingPeaks, and weekly Garmin or Strava data review so every session counts. We check in fortnightly on a video call, with a full programme review and refresh each month. WhatsApp support throughout. Covers every goal — weight loss, strength, fitness, performance, and any race distance from 5K to marathon and trail.
In Person PT - Elements Fitness & Wellbeing
All in-person sessions are held at Elements Fitness & Wellbeing in Stafford. Each session is 60 minutes, fully tailored to your goals, whether that's weight loss, strength, general fitness, or sport-specific performance. Start with a taster session to meet me and set your goals, or jump straight into a package and start seeing results.
